Working largely on a referral basis, I have an extensive Client Bank, built with people from all walks of life, diverse backgrounds and professions. At the end of the day, it’s all about helping one another.

We do not work from ‘High End’, expensive office accommodation, enabling us to offer a fee structure that I consider to be balanced and fair, below market price and well below Solicitors fees and in some cases; there are no fees at all, depending on the service offered.

I commence with a brief introduction of who I am, giving you my Terms of Business and a Business Card. I stress the importance of Client Confidentiality from the outset and reaffirm my commitment to be a practice that does not employ ‘Hard Selling’ techniques, and will never be over-intrusive, as I am looking to build, good, long-term, working relationships, with all my clients. I will then invite you to share your story with me and as you go along, I will interject, where appropriate, but above everything else, I WILL BE LISTENING!

All too often, people fail to recognise that LISTENING, is an Art form and in a profession like mine, vital!  And it is from this listening that I will be able to build a picture of who you are, what you do, what you want, what you have, your personal goals and ambitions, areas of vulnerability etc. I will then transpose this detail onto a fact find along with a summary of your current financial situation, i.e. Mortgage, Loan Agreements, Credit Cards, insurance, Investments, Retirement Planning, Will etc.

And from an objective assessment of this personal information, I will be able to guide you as to what I consider are your current, most important needs, that you need to address, in relation to getting your ‘Financial House’, in order and I will also highlight the financial areas that I feel are currently satisfactory. It may be that everything is satisfactory at this moment in time. But if not and with your agreement, we can progress to appointment number 2, whereby I will present solutions to the problem areas, previously identified and if you are comfortable and happy to proceed, I will take you through the entire application process, what my requirements are from you, from start to finish, because we understand how precious your family and work time are.
